My kitchen smells wonderful. Lavender,chocolate mint, basil and ginger are hanging out in my kitchen this week as I prepare for a talk at the Sacred Heart Garden Festival on Saturday.
I will bring a montage of herbal goodies, and demonstrate a variety of ways to discover the benefits of herbs. I hope to see you there.
