January 2012. Dare to be Different.

for 2012

Did you read last week’s post Encounter of the Simplest Kind? Are you carving out your New Years Resolutions? Setting some goals for yourself and family? Get on with it. It took me 40 years to realize the statement above. Looking back, I wish my parents had encouraged my individuality, but I was probably too shy to come out of my shell!  Our kids are in a completely different world now.  There are still cookie cutter parents producing cookie cutter offspring, but for those of you encouraging your childrens interests and talents…YEAH!

It’s never too late for you. Put some goals down, share them with someone. Once you do that, you are committed!

Let’s get to gardening.

see you

ML

Yup and it’s not like Maynan is cookie-cutter in anyway. Out unique blondie. Oh, and my resolution is to actually be a good buddie. <3

Oh! Emma.
You are such a good friend. Keep it up, girlie. Yep, do some nice things for your buddy when you return to school. Be known in about 10 years as that person’s best buddie.
No soup kitchen tomorrow. No one called me back.
Mrs. marianna.
